1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 10-15 days from order confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Orders once placed cannot be modified after dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Night Affair, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:
Initiating a Return:

You can raise a return request by emailing us at support@thenightaffair.com mentioning that you need a Store Credit for the returned item.

Our team will respond within 24 working hours.
Return Process & Charges:

We will arrange a pickup for the product.

If a pickup facility is unavailable for your pin code, you will need to ship the product to The Night Affair at your own cost and responsibility within 7 days of receiving it.

A ₹150 return processing fee will be deducted from your Store Credit amount.
Return Conditions:

The item must be unused and unworn, with all tags intact.

The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Store Credit Issuance:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a Store Credit equal to the product value, minus the ₹150 return fee.

The credited amount will be added to your The Night Affair Account and can be used during checkout on your next purchase.

Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.
The Night Affair reserves the right to modify or amend it's return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
